Pursuing PhD and not sure which field would grant me a good job. I love particle physcis, but which should I consider: Nuclear Physics, Environment, Astrophysics, Biophysics, Solid State?

You say you love Physics.
And then you need a job to motivate you.
Sheesh!

Loving physics has nothing to do with taking it up as a career.
If you are after a job then go do something else...cause as far as I know there is no good job if you take physics.
